ZK ŽERNÍČEK KOVOVÝROBA s.r.o. was founded by Josef Žerníček in 1991. We are the second generation of the family and are building on the previous successful period.

We are a medium-sized manufacturing company with 60 qualified employees. Approximately 70% of our orders are exported to EU countries.

The production programme primarily focuses on metal pallets. These are an important part of the automotive industry, as well as other spheres. Our company has been manufacturing them for more than 25 years.

We also focus on complex engineering production. Our technology is able to process a wide range of products using lasers (profile and flatbed fibre lasers), welding robots, and powder coating. We specialise in serial production, but we’re able to satisfy development and sample production. We process the order from the design (development) using 3D – Catia V5, Solidworks or subsequent 3D measurement with HENDY 3D NEXT.
